Recruitment agencies, recruitment consultants, executive search and headhunters are all specialists in the recruitment market place. Some are generalist organisations recruiting for many different types of jobs, others specialise in more senior jobs, or jobs in a particular profession.

They often have contacts in many local companies and will often hear about vacancies coming up before they are advertised.

They will discuss your experience and CV with you, the opportunities available, organisations they could approach on your behalf and keep you informed of vacancies matching your requirements.
